Super delicious food but the wait time wasn’t the best. Came in around 6:15pm and didn’t get our food until 6:45pm. We ordered off of the app and the order had been updated as ‘ready’, when we went to collect it the team said it would be out shortly, but I believe they manually select when it is ready? Turns out it was sitting in the delivery order area for about an additional 10 mins. The store itself is quite small and not too many areas to sit but the food is great overall, maybe just go in a less busy time.

Made an online order for a 12.30pm pick up. Staff had no record of our order so nothing was made when we arrived. Had to show them our online confirmation receipt/ order and they made it for us. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Burritos were good. Nacho fries were also good. Ordered extra guacamole for the Burrito bowl ($2 extra) and was only given a small portion. The corn chips also tasted a bit stale.

I already copped the surcharge on the guacamole at $2 plus an extra 50 cents because I wanted the slow cooked beef (note no other protein comes with a surcharge) after all that I found the guac element stingy and as such it lacked freshness and had a one dimensional flavour. I stop by this GYG restaurant often on my way home from work, always grab a loaded burrito bowl with chicken. The chicken is hot, freshly grilled and the tastiest of the fillings. And the fries, probably one of the best. It’s located on the Glenferrie Rd strip, very nice area, very comfortable store layout with inside and outside dining. Always a pleasure eating at this GYG.

We had picked up orders through the web. I had an amazing experience at this franchise. The food was great, perfectly seasoned and bowl serving is huge and filling nicely they also offer extra sauces. We had a spicy burrito bowl that was so delicious and mouth-watering. We understand they are very busy but they try to there best to satisfy all customers .

This is by far the worst gyg I’ve gotten food from. Rude and inattentive staff and awful food. The vegetable bowl is basically a mixture of uncooked onion (lots of it) and uncooked red capsicum. The portion size is also very small. Avoid and go to another gyg or Zambrero.
