We have now eaten at Fusion 128 twice, both times the food was great! The owner is kind and friendly and graciously gave us a drink on the house when one of our entrees was taking longer than expected. The only downfall and the reason we probably won’t be back anytime soon was the server we had both times (man with a ponytail), was the most rude, obnoxious and condescending man we have ever had to deal with. The experience would have been a five star for us without this man ruining it with his behaviour.

My husband and I had actually walked around wood Street and were looking for a nice place to have lunch and we seen this restaurant in Victoria st we thought we might have a look. I am glad we did, from the start I was smitten with its feel. The owner David greeted us and was extremely pleasant, the food was amazing and now we are both leaving with very full bellies. Would recommend you come in and try for yourself especially the Lamb Shank.

High quality food. Definitely recommend the duck. The korean noodles was a little overpriced for what it was, kind of like ramen but spicy. For dessert the apple rhubarb crumble was delicious, the addition of macadamia ice cream was a brilliant touch. Creme brûlée was a bit of miss. Overall beautiful and ambient restaurant.

The owner was lovely and sit us at a table that wasn’t too bad. The worst part was the male waiter. He was rude and short with us and extremely arrogant.

I went to dinner here with a group of friends and at the end of our meal we were approached and told about the personal religious beliefs of the staff member serving us, we were then all handed cards which had pictures and text indicating that if you weren’t religious you were a sinner/ adulterer etc.
