So I went to order my weekly sub u feel me. Order the same thing everytime it tastes good I like it. Next thing you know… they was toasting my sandwich… it comes out burnt! I was like whatever bro I ain’t gonna stress bout dis. Next minute Im asking them to put ranch on the subway sandwich and shawty just put it in the middle of the sandwich. I proceed to kindly ask her to put more ranch on it cus there was none on the sides u feel me. On bd she just started busting one all over the middle once again! I am very unsatisfied with my order although the staff is always very friendly and they usually make me yummy sandwiches

Normally I am impressed with the service however this evening I was disappointed. The employee placed the wrong cheese on the two subs & when I informed her of this she commented all cheeses were the same. She then removed the cheese from both subs threw it back into the containers only then to replace with the correct cheese..Normal hygiene practices were not met & cross food contamination occurred. I suggest more training may be in order.
