My family and friends have been on many occasions. We have never had a bad meal the food is excellent and plated very professionally. The portions are very generous and at times we have had to take away the food we were unable to eat. The chef owner and her chef David take time out to ensure everybody is satisfied and welcome constructive comments. The wait staff are pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. Perhaps our only slightly negative comment is that the girls need to keep a wary eye on the customers needs once they are served.

I have eaten here often, and it’s worth the hour+ drive to get there! In a market that is saturated with Italian restaurants, Fraccaro’s differentiates itself by offering a mix of traditional and contemporary Italian dishes, with an emphasis on quality. The team are friendly and accommodating, and go above and beyond to make you feel like their guest. The biggest problem you will have at Fraccaro’s is choosing your meal! Every dish looks more delicious than the last.

Visited this great place on the weekend and ordered the garlic chicken pizza which was really tasty. Had generous toppings and an excellent base. Only thing was that the cheese was really stringy and rubbery so chew well. I also had the Turkish delight gelato which had a strong rose flavour. I heard the caramel and fig gelato was great too. I would come back if I passed by as the customer service is efficient, food tastes great and it is reasonably priced. Although I think there is a Sunday surcharge.

The food is good quality. There is some nice artwork on the walls. Although it has a slightly canteenish feel it still has a good atmosphere. The staff were friendly and fast.

Last two times we have been, the service was so incredibly slow. Most recently, it was so bad that in the end we left, and went to get food elsewhere. Will not be going back.
