I haven’t reviewed anywhere in quite a while but I couldn’t not share how amazed I was by Cinque Terre. This restaurant took me and my Italian family right back to the wharves of Sorrento. Every single ingredient was fresh and flavourful. We ordered the bruschetta, mushroom/truffle arranchini and the buratta, fig and prosciutto special for entree. For mains we had spaghetti barchetta, truffle pizza and Moreton bay bug linguine. For dessert we had affogatos and the Nutella with little puffy dough balls. Every dish was delicious and the mains were generously sized. The staff were all very very friendly and helpful. Easily the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to outside of Italy.

Delicious authentic Italian food. Best I’ve had on the sunny coast! I’m gluten intolerant and they were very accommodating with plenty of options. The gluten free pizza bases were amazing. I felt 100 percent fine after eating them, also tried some of my boyfriends gluten free pasta (which was also super yummy) and was not bloated in any way at all – even after having the cheese on the pizza. Certainly a sign of the quality ingredients they use. The ocean trout I had was cooked to perfection. Not only was the food on point, their customer service was excellent. All this despite them being very busy. You can tell they are a professional and passionate team. Thank you! We will definitely be back. …no photo of the pizza as we just dived straight in to eating it!
