I don’t think I’ve ever written one of these but this whole experience was mortifying so here we are. First they tried to overcharge me and when I questioned it they all started arguing together and ignored me for five minutes before taking my order. I am from out of town and was on a lunch break so it was just wasting time. They continued on yelling at each other in the middle of the food court because the lit menu wall and the hand menus have different pricing and then tried to overcharge me again.

Staff ignore customers to eat food in the corner and chat on their phones. Took them 7 mins to notice I was waiting to order as their self serve machine was broken for them to take the order and proceed to sit back down to eat their own food. Waited another 20 mins for order.

Terrible, ordered rice with asparagus and duck , got 3 frozen beans instead, plus some carrots and corn, complained, all they said sorry do not have asparagus, they should have told me that beforehand, what I got was basic fried rice tor $17 …no asparagus… rip off I did not want corn or carrots, nor 3 beans. Avoid.

The wonton noodles here tasted ok, but the noodles weren’t exactly spread out well and were still stuck together as if they just pulled it out of the fridge and microwaved it. We had to order via a computer and the line was so long and took a long time to find what I wanted. The food also took a long time to be prepared. I clearly indicated on the order to be served in a bowl for dine in and they still gave me a take away container. Different from other fast food restaurants on ground floor as they offer Asian food but not necessarily better. Regards @fooderarri

Would recommend the S2 from the dumplings menu-crab dumplings. My little one likes it. The three colour dumplings (chicken, pork and beef) are just OK.

Ordered the wonton noodle soup for take away yesterday, which had everything but the soup! Well, around a table spoon of liquid at the very bottom of the noodles. When I returned to get some broth to go with my mass of boiled noodles, and wontons with the wrappers falling off, the one and only staff member tried to say that the soup won’t fit because so many noodles. But I didn’t want 4x as many flavourless, boiled noodles. She then tried to tell me that if I wanted the soup, I needed to buy the $25 one. Ive had the exact same thing from here before and it was lovely, and had soup! I requested a bit of broth to take with me and she said there is no more. – The real reason! I asked about a refund But she couldn’t access the tills. Not entirely her fault But just be upfront if you run out of something and don’t try to pull the wool over my eyes. Management needs to look at the way this place is run. $13.80 is a rip off for what I got.
