I ordered from Donut King earlier today and I’m very impressed with the customer service. I’m Deaf, so I couldn’t hear what the staff member was saying to me especially behind her face mask. When I started gesturing and signing to her, she immediately started gesturing and using hand signals back to communicate with me. Extremely grateful for how much effort she put in to help me order, greatly appreciated and definitely recommend.

Horrible service, the lady who served me stared at me for 2 minutes straight before serving me. The thick shake was just syrupy milk, and wasn’t even a thick shake. I will not be ordering from here again. Teach your staff to stop gossiping and actually serve people properly.

Nice wide range of donuts to choose from, lots of tasty milkshakes and delicious hot dogs! A little bit pricey but it’s worth it for the great quality food! During peak hours it can be a bit crowded here and a queue can be quite long, staff are always friendly though and working their hardest!

Poor customer service from the manger. Asked for a receipt after paying cash the helper Started to write one and half way through he stopped her and then told me no receipts for cash EFTPOS only and argued about it.
