The star of this show is a beautiful girl with a lot of sass. Makes coffee like a champion. Even throws milk cartons around with precision on occasion. Classic Townsville traditional upbringing no doubt So few like this nowadays. World would be a better place if there was.

Today, I went there to get some afternoon tea. I witnessed the most rudest staff ever and the customer service was just utterly disgusting. A customer split their drink on the THEIR table and one of the staff(tall girl) called one of the cleaner and asked the cleaner to wipe THEIR table. Instead of asking the cleaner nicely she YELLED at her and even treated to call centre manage on the cleaner. I am just saying its not the cleaners job to wipe THEIR. ALSo the cleaner was also SWEEPING THEIR OWN MESS DURING THAT TIME. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE AND THE STAFF ARE SOOOOOOOOOOO DISRESPECTFUL. SHUT DOWN

Yesterday we had the best experience with the help of the lovely ladies working in the morning, we had a request if they had both pink and blue donuts, so we could give the envelope of our babies gender and have donuts in the colour and take them to a nice place to open. When we called they didn’t have blue donuts but were so helpful & specially made white donuts to put the coloured sprinkles on!! Thank you so so much!! & they were even decorated with little dummy decorations. Thanks for going out of your way to make an amazing experience for us, what better way to celebrate then with donuts 🙂

Rude service from the girl in there with a high plait, not tall . Whenever I was there she never said Hello or Thank you, always with her grumpy face. She was the rudest. The Other staff were lovely and helpful. Not going back.

This particular DK is the absolute top of the pops. It’s by far the best store in Townsville and one of the best ones I’ve ever been to overall. I don’t live in Tsv but for a brief moment in time I worked in Castletown and had to very rapidly limit myself to one visit a week. Otherwise I’d need a bigger car ! The staff seem to change each visit except the more mature lady who is usually there. Thank goodness because she is a treasure. Their stock is always well presented, the kiosk is too. And even tho it goes without saying, I’m still going to say it ….. the absolute bestest coffee in the whole of everywhere is DK coffee. Don’t mess with a good thing DK – you really are the best.

I decided to buy a hotdog from here yesterday after doing the shopping.I asked for cheese on the hotdog,when I got it the bread roll was stale and the cheese was cold obviously because it had been in the fridge.I asked the girl if she could at least zapp it in the microwave for me and her reply was NO.If I hadn’t already paid for it I would have just left.

Not as good as Krispy Kreme, but still pretty good. We often get the cinnamon donuts without the sugar coating~ mmm yum! Their soft serve ice cream is quite nice too. Great location right in front of woolies. Now there’s a Sushi Sushi behind them too! ^~^

The young girls working there today, 10/01/18 are among the most rudest people serving I have seen just about anywhere. I watched them serve two people in front of me witch such disrespect I will never go back there again. And tell everyone. They are that rude.
