Waited for almost 2 hour for a pizza and sides and after getting it it was not good at all . It was cold and taste really bad even it was not the right topping what i ordered.

The only reason I’m giving a bad review online is because I very politely tried to express my dissatisfaction over the phone to the store directly at 7.13pm to receive poor service. Just a very awkward silence. I even politely rephrased myself three times to receive the same silence. The young lady obviously didn’t want to be there or offer any sort of customer service.

With yummy pizza I got a complementary big plastic piece in it, my son nearly swallowed when he found something very brittle big triangular transparent plastic in his mouth, this could be so dangerous to anyone who would’ve swallowed it.

1 hr and 45 minute wait for one pizza and two sides. Called up twice. First time I was told it was a half hour away. Second time I was told that I never placed an order, then they finally ‘found’ my order in their system. I was told they hadn’t even started cooking it – I was then told it was on its way, how could it if they hadn’t even started cooking it?

I think you guys should fix the door. The experience was fine except the door near flying into my 10 year olds face and also cutting a chunk from my knuckle as I ‘pressed down HARD’ Like your sign said while leaving the store.

I had Satay chicken pizza, cheese and garlic pizza and meat cheese burger pizza. And all of those were absolutely fine. I had gone through some of the reviews here but I guess the pizza quality can be vary upto who makes it. So, test your luck if you dare!

I ordered my pizza at around 8:10pm and its still not here (8:55pm), and i just called the store they be like, oh did you order pizza? Like they don’t even know i ordered and pizza still there unrecognized, cold and rubbish pizza, customer service is awful, think before you order from here
