The lady SHIVANI who attended the call was very arrogant and disrespectful. When requested for coupon adjustment for same order (NOTE: I didn’t ask to change items in the order) , she started humiliating me in raised voice saying she can’t waste her food and labour. Now, tell me how does food and labour get wasted on same items being ordered Such people should Keep their EGO and Arrogance at home when you work professionally. and should learn some manners and should know how respect others.

One of the best Domino’s. Prompt, friendly, and accurate service. The pizzas and pasta are excellent value. In the evening, parking can usually be found in the small carpark outside or on the street.

No wonder there shares price dropper 30% on the stock market! The base has very little on it. I had to go to KFC to get a feed they have dropped their game, which was a better product 30 years back over priced better going to Woolworths and get a frozen one same amount of topping for half the price. Ordered three large pizzas and encountered an unsatisfactory experience. Making of the pizzas were no where near Blacktown Domino’s standard (our regular pizza guys), very little toppings, extra sauce, undercooked crust and robotic customer service, far out from Australian standards. Not recommended and will never visit again .

Awful experience, I’ve come to this dominos since I was a kid and now as an adult I don’t know who is running this place but they’re doing an awful job. Got a chicken pizza and the chicken was almost non-existent! I asked the lady in the store about it and she tried to justify it saying this is their new type of chicken. Just appalling staff with no sense of customer service. Definitely not coming here again and don’t waste your money- go somewhere else
