Amazing Indian restaurant in Springvale. Knew this place was here for a while but never ventured in. One of my biggest regrets for the last 8 years of living in the area!! The restaurant is dimly lit, very clean and cosy. Filled with Indian families munching away at curries. Definitely felt like the odd one out here but didn’t matter!

I do not normally write bad reviews very soon but this thali restaurant is just goi g down day by day by the quality but up for prices. You should be delivering tasty food and generous serving when your prices are do high. First of all always take too long to prepare !chaat papdi full of chillies , ordered chilli chicken the container had only around 6 pieces of chicken ! I stopped ordering from these guys but my husband ask today to give another go and frankly speaking i will never ever be back . There is no worth of your hard earned money !

I went for my birthday dinner at this place for the first time, But Regretting now that I should have believed on reviews. The customer service was so bad no greets and nobody was paying attention to customers. There was only two girls serving customer, one of them was still polite and taking care but the other girl was just staying behind and showing no staff manners. Food taste was okay but not good presentation and even no serving spoons with curries and only one serviettes at table for three persons. Not happy at all, Ruined my birthday .

If there was a negative rating I would have given that rating. Absolutely shocking customer service and wrong order was delivered. Ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and ended up with cream on it. Called the restaurant to complain and was transferred around to four people and ended up with a male, who does not know the spelling of customer service.
