Have not used Domino’s in Penrith for a long time. Tonight, Ordered my pizza’s online to be picked up. My order came to $29.00 online, I was charged $30.00 – when i got home, my meat lovers Pizza turned out to be Vegetarian pizza NO Meat and very toppings mainly consisting of Onion, Olives and Mushrooms. My supreme pizza had little toppings it might have been a vegetarian pizza only it had a few slices of meat. !st $30.00 over chrged for this type of meal and what I got is disgusting. I did not bother to call and report because looking at this meal it would not have done nothing. I will not be ordering from there again. only gave one star because I was able to order online and see what I ordered. but did not get.

Ordered two Pizzas they came late were cold and was entirely the wrong order, called the store and was hung up on called again and got through to get replacement. When it came it was the wrong order again. Not only that I was only offered store credit no refund.

Hi All, I had a very bad experience at this Penrith Domino’s Pizza store. The Pizza was really bad N it was Burnt. When I ask the guy with the turban He rudely replied and said it’s all good nothing wrong with it. Then I ask him to return back the money which I paid online. He said it’s not possible.
