Visited for lunch with fam and was surprised how quiet it was. The staff were lovely and the drinks and food can’t be faulted (we all enjoyed). After lunch we took some drinks outside which was great with the Saturday sun. Not our absolute favourite as I’m a clean freak and thought it could be better (especially seeing how grotty the straw tub looked, a dish rag being left on a table nearby on top of menus, visiting the loos down a dingy hallway & having dumped boxes near the front door), but the staff were obviously doing what they could. Also, not many vegetarian options.

Service was great. We had the beef burger ,chicken mushroom risotto and garlic pizza. The burger and risotto were good. The garlic pizza was average due to the base, this needs work. The establishment itself was nice. It would be nice if a few more beers were on tap in the restaurant. It was quite noisy but I guess this is to be expected for a place with a tap house.

Nice atmosphere as you walked in. After around 30 minutes, the $20 cocktail arrived… much of it was foam and you could barely taste the alcohol. The mozzarella sticks were lovely, but the dipping sauce (Siracha and honey) was very odd. For mains, the ribs were superb, at a price of $38… and then the risotto… $28 for a scoop of arborio rice and some small chunks of chicken and mushroom. Overall, try everything for the risotto!

Service was amazing, food was amazing, customer service was amazing! Will defiantly come back again 🙂 the price of the meals was very acceptable, I ordered the carbonara and it was done well, the pasta wasn’t to thick, the chef did an amazing job and really knew how to execute this dish. My partner ordered the ribs and wings, he was very happy with his dish 🙂

Interesting bar very nice design and decent food. My only gripe is that it isn’t really a ‘taphouse’ like they claim. They seem to have a couple of craft beers in the side bar (which was closed), but they don’t brew and almost no options to choose from. So technically not a taphouse which is what we were expecting.

We came here tonight for dinner, despite not having a booking they were still able to seat us. We got the meat platter and it was delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection. Despite being super busy the food came out really quickly. Staff were friendly and drinks were good too.
