Ordered through subway app, arrived and picked up order. The subs had lots of salad/sauces we specifically asked to not recieve, cheese was the same, major let down. Rang the store and was greeted by an unhappy employee, not very apologetic about the mix-up and not too interested in fixing it. Hasn’t really improved since they moved stores

I ordered a footlong sub chicken classic and asked for a double meat of pepperoni online at Doordash. I know the right portion of every subway as I used to worked at Subway before. Normally we put 6pcs of pepperoni if it’s double meat for a footlong. But they only put 4! Unbelievable! They think I wouldn’t checked it. So disappointed. Don’t put less if the customers are paying extra!

Room for improvement, but recommended: Mixed feelings, for the most part customer service from the male workers have been excellent multiple times I’ve been here, but on one occasion found the 2 females lacking that warm customer interaction, maybe it was just a long day for them.

Along with Liv Eat this is my go-to place for healthy eating. The dark rye bread baked fresh is amazing and packed full of seeds … A salad bowl is the option when on a fitness weight cut. You get to select what you have and a great variety I only wish they would add corn kernels to the ingredients on offer. When you add the cost of buying fresh produce it’s a real money saver.

Very disappointed… I made an online order for subway footlong and i paid for extra avacado and beetroot. But there was no avacado and beetroot in the subway when i got it. Subway staff you should be equally carefull when someone is ordering online like when someone buy instore.. Disappointed..

Today I was served by Lorraine, she has only been working at the Mowbray Subway for a few months and yet she’s preparing Subs like a true Sandwich Artist (Take it from me, a former Kings Meadows Sandwich Artist of 5 1/2 years!) Her bread cutting skill are immaculate for how new she is and her folding technique is just as good! I would recommend a Sub prepared by Lorraine, you’re not going to be disappointed. Huge shoutouts to both Keleah & Natasha who are absolutely great sandwich artists too!! This spot is underrated! Great training going on at Mowbray and the new store looks great!
