I am writing on this app today. To shame lederville domino’s. I was ordering hear because of the deal 50% pizzas. Not only were they more expensive then without the deal. They also decided instead of telling me how I can talk to head office. They would hang up on me. I asked if I could have a refund or the pizzas I wanted instead of what was put it and if I could change out a drink for a garlic bread. Instead I was hung up on without anyway to get what I wanted. This place was extremely rude and disrespectful. Never order from this place unless you want bad food and employees who are less helpful than a sharpener for a pen.

I was thinking of ordering a pizza today from Domino’s at this store.. but after reading the reviews I was totally turned off. I believe the reviews Aussies are generally honest good hearted people…. These reviews made me feel so bad for the customers… and I take the reviews seriously… why would I opt for rude customer service and horrible pizza with my hard earned money??! Sorry Domino’s unless this local store of mine can achieve consistently good reviews for at least 3-6 months Im not going to be another dominos victim of poor customer service and poorly made pizza ( I saw pictures from reviews… terrible!)

The store has refused to accept the promotional voucher that was sent from them via mail, the online order was rejected twice. The lady in the store was extremely rude, hung up and didn’t answer my follow up calls.

Has to be the worse dominos pizza I have had ordered from in my life pizza was flat like a pancake and had not much cheese or source and tasted like plastic when I informed the shop she said she can not do nothing about it and was really rude. I went in today at 11:38am on the 24/03/23. First, the lady working ignores us and went straight to putting her airpods in and answering her phone. i was furious. she keeps ignoring phone calls coming through. As I’m sitting and waiting for my food, I see her pick up chips from the over, without a glove on, and eat somebody else’s food. what a pig. i am utterly disgusted and want her fired!

This Dominos is well below par. Pizzas delivered were incorrect and under cooked with a cold, chewy doughy base. Feedback to the store by phone and via two emails were ignored. Support your local independent store over this substandard service.

So. There we are, needing a Pizza at 10:50pm. We ordered through Uber who dropped the ball and the manager, after closing up and calling me to secure a line of contact came on her own to drop the pizza off to me even though she had no obligation to. My only regret is that I didn’t find out the delivery driver’s name so I can’t shout her out but if your boss sees this you know who you are and I hope you own it because you’re an awesome human.
