Absolutely useless …. Staff has no training 15 people standing behind a counter and not one person asks if I’m ok once I approach the bench … then they jump the bench infront of customers because walking around to tye door is too hard ? on top of all that they made the order wrong …. How hard is it to read a screen … the manager of this place should be shot ! Dominoes need to get some uniformity about their stores …. Absolutely disgusting !

Awful. My pizza literally looked like it had been dropped on the floor then scooped into the box, asked for garnish sauce didn’t get any, asked for no tomatoes; it was covered in tomatoes… base was burnt and tough to eat, no seasoning. Third order from here and never had a good experience much rather drive out of my way to go to the flagstone dominoes and the “extended delivery fee” is a joke, we live 8minutes from the store.

Asked them via delivery instructions if they could write ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’ on the inside of pizza box and they pulled through. Awesome customer service. Very polite, and pizza was delicious.

The guy packing was chucking the food after packing, and after they dropped on floor in there packages he’d just pick it up and put it in casing, Expecially the garlic bread and the lava cake. This is how my lava cake came out after him chucking it around (image attached)

I visited thrice this shop and all the time same bad experience. I always asked to cut with clean cutter but the guy who always do cutting of pizza ignore the request. Instead, he always make annoying faces.

Paid $54 for pizza and wings to be delivered. Now the quality was absolutely disgraceful. The pizzas had next to no sauce, they weren’t cut properly and the bases were really tough to eat. Will never order again from Jimboomba Dominos or any Dominos for that matter.
