Place is dirty and no staff are cleaning. We requested a table to be cleaned and it was only superficially cleaned and I had to clean it myself in the end. The floor has food and paper everywhere and it appears no staff take notice. This place used to be really good. Also saw one staff member doing a poor attempt of sweeping only to miss alot of food on the floor. She then returned to the food station and handled chips and burgers without washing hands or putting on gloves. She never left my sight so I know for a fact she didn’t clean her hands. Ridiculous….

Very disappointing 100%, the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to not only did the burger look like it done three rounds with mikeTyson It was cold and not the burger I ordered and the chips were stone cold like they had not been cook from the start. I have been 3 times and has been terrible every time. Definitely give this place a wide birth. Ontop of all that you get left at the speaker box with no one talking or let you no what’s going on after 10 min waiting with no one at all talking to use I ended up just driving through and leaving.

if i could give negative stars i fricken would. me and my co worker came from a TIRING AND EVENTFUL shift at SUBWAY at around 10 ish and i am disgusted in the behaviour and service we were given. FIRSTLY we waited what felt like forever for the staff to answer the speaker box- funny how you can hear us but won’t even give a notice that there will be a short wait. our order was only short being a medium cheeseburger meal with a fanta and a large chips. ITS NOT A HARD ORDER. we waited 15 mins at the food window completely ignored. someone saw us and came to the window and had no idea what’s going on. The store was FILTHY from what we could see from the window. the chips were stale and tasted like cardboard. We could physically hear some of them snap and some soggy and taste less. I am utterly disappointed and hope further actions will be made to make this maccas atleast a standard. a disgrace to the maccas company

Oh.My.Days. Where do I begin. I have been to so many McDonalds restaurants in the country and boy have i seen things. There have been some absolute shitholes they pass as restaurants and there have been some stunning restaurants, Flagstone definitely is definitely the best McDonalds restaurant in Queensland, if not the country.

okay sooo we were waiting for pur food and there was POO on the wall next to our booth. we are DISGUSTED at this yucky sight. anywaysssss my lover bit into her cheezebrger and there was a 8 cm long HAIR in it, she pulled it out if her mouth but ended up EATING HALF OF IT BY ACCIDENT! she is traumatised. when i took the top off my mcchicken i was chompin on that chrispy lettuce and i found AN ANT IN THE MAYO…. GIRL GET YOUR RESTAURANT IN ORDER PLZ omg also my custard and raspberry pie, the custard was AS DRY AS THE SARAHA DESSERT! pls fix this im actually begging on my knees rn i just wanted to have a nice date night out with my lover and it was ruined..

Just popped in for breakfast on the way over to our old place. As always the food is fresh and hot and the staff are very friendly. Haven’t been inside to check out the toilets as yet.

Once waited 40 minute in waiting bay with another car. After no one coming out, walked in and found that they had cleared the orders off the monitor. They were going to give us our cold meals. This time I ordered and a large meal and nuggets but got handed a different burger and the nuggets. I mentioned that it was wrong the wrong order, got a new bag and returned home with no chips.

Same story with this maccas. Tried to buy from there multiple times and conveniently they are updating there registers….. same manager everytime aswell. You call yourself 24 hours. Its a joke. Check sales on the night manager for tonight. Can gaurentee his shifts make the least money because the lazy dog serves nobody!!!
