Ordered chicken and mushroom deep pan, add on bacon, cheese crust and buffalo wings. Arrived very quickly which was great buy soon found out why. Chicken wings gooey on outside and cold in the middle. Dough on pizza browned around outside but raw everywhere else. Awful meal

After many hassles trying to place the order (online system down, online system lost the order, phoned the store directly) our delivery eventually arrived several hours later – burnt & uninviting. Ate a couple of slices as was very hungry, threw the rest in the bin. It’s a shame, as when they first opened, it was a great place. It will be a while before I attempt this again

Ordered 55mins ago & app says it’s still cooking so rang store & was told (VERBATIM) “it’ll be another 15-20mins” I live 4mins away. No apology, no explanation just meh. Remember now why I swapped to Pizza Hut last year, should’ve stuck to that decision.

I have been jn thus shop few times and have enjoyed it, but my last visit last week wasn’t good. I asked for the Spicy Vegan and removed SEVERAL items from it, i asked if I could swap those deleted items for some olives, was told OK but the guy charged me $2.00 on top of the price of the pizza. And I ended up with a tomato cheese few olives and burnt pizza on the edges. I was going to buy a Pepsi bottle but after this I left, NEVER TO RETURN!

Order buffalo tenders, instead tomato sauce on them. Burnt brownies (somehow) and puff roll was stuck in dessert box. Good thing Nowra and Husky does a good job, won’t be going back to this store.
