Visited for dinner about 2 weeks ago after a tiring day at work and was informed that our order would only be taken if we paid upfront at counter. This policy was enforced despite the fact that my wife is pregnant, and it left us feeling discriminated.We observed a family of four seated next to us was allowed to order and dine in without being subjected to the same requirement of upfront payment. To add to it a lack of interest in working from the restaurant staff was clearly shown by the horrible customer service.

There’s a common theme with all these google reviews – terrible customer service. The lady who served me was very rude and ill-tempered, I felt pressured to order quickly. As i was ordering, she would say some items werent available, which wasn’t a problem to me, but then proceeded to prescribe other options for me and scribbled down on the ticket (in a rather aggressive manner) her own selections. When I decided i didn’t want what she had selected, she (again, aggressively) scribbled out her own order and took down my order, and ordered me to “pay for that” – I could tell this was not a language barrier issue, she was clearly being intentionally rude.
