Thank you for an amazing night and incredible experience. Chris was a superstar as he guided us through the well thought out menu and matching wines and sakes. Decor was simple, elegant and retro all thrown in. The attention to detail from the cutlery, pottery and not to forget Dawns tomatoes / quails eggs were on point. Love, love!!

We just had the most beautiful degustation at Dier Makr. The first thing we noticed was the service. Cassie was such a brilliantly thoughtful person to guide us through the all-Tasmanian bespoke menu and the wine list. It was a special occaision for our group and this place was perfect for it. Their staff really understand how to make people feel cared for and looked after. Hard recommend for everyone who wants to experience the best of Tasmanian food and service.
