Cosy little shop inside the arcade. Food was absolutely delicious so a revisit is in order. The staff were so friendly, the young lad is just adorable!!!! and helpful. Pictured is: miso ramen and takoyaki. Both amazingggg.

I absolutely adore this place, it is so cosy and the food is delicious! The staff are kind and the ambiance is very relaxing. They make the best curry here but you can pick anything on the menu and you’ll have a great meal. I don’t work in the city much but when I do, I try to come here more often now!

What a great one stop shop for all your lunch needs! Has a diverse range in menu items at a very affordable price. The vibe is very back street Japanese and the business is family owned! The staff were lovely and very friendly. Started lunch with the Kitsune (hot sweet tare sauce), beautifully presented and ate amazingly, the udon was delightful. Next was the pork katsu curry and pork katsu ramen, both were delicious. The pork katsu was super crunchy and fresh, the curry had a deep flavour with a hint of spice. My only criticism is my noodles were slightly over cooked.

Best Japanese restaurant in Adelaide CBD! It’s not fast food, you won’t get your meal within 2 minutes after ordering. But trust me your wait will be worth it. Every dish is made by the chef and tastes great. I highly recommend the Bento Box, you can choose from chicken or beef, with salad, fruit and rice, can’t wait to eat it again!

Easy to miss, as street signage is not strong, but worth the small wait, may be the best Tonkatsu Rice bowl I have outside Japan. Very tasty, not ‘gluggy’- as you’d find in lesser places. Worth the effort!

Contemporary Japanese Deli is tucked away in a small arcade and is tiny but has great food. My go to is ramen but the udon noodles are great as are the bento boxes. Friendly service and great value.

Beautiful authentic ramen at prices more akin to what you can get in Japan. Flavour is excellent and the portion size just nice. Very friendly service and clean small place. Just wish this place was more accessible! Perfect if you work in the city or nearby.

Authentic Japanese dishes, food is okay. Curry chicken was spicier than expected. Miso soup was good. Udon okay. Tonkatsu pork was crispy and tasty. Will try their ramen next time.

The staff who work there are seriously so kind and polite and to top it off, it’s the best ramen I’ve ever had! My new lunch spot for sure, can’t wait to try the curries and bento boxes!
