Used to go here for years. Loved the place. I used to go monthly. But the quality has significantly dropped. At the start of 2023 I was served this (*enclosed). It took 1 hour to take our order, and another 2 for the food to come out. Should have left at the 3 hour mark. When it did, they didn’t bring the steamed rice. When I asked about jt, they said they were out and offered to bring fried rice, not what I wanted, but ok. Let’s say that I was charged for the fried rice. I didn’t throw a fus.

The food at Citi Zen was fantastic however, unfortunately it did take the staff 40 minutes after ordering to inform us that one of our entrees was unavailable. Aswell as it taking an hour in total before we received our food on top of two of our dishes being completely forgotten. The staff was very kind and friendly and it was disappointing that such an issue occurred. We received fortune cookies at the end of the meal as compensation which was very sweet.

Love this place. For their price point it is a great 90 minute lunch – we do yum cha. An important note is don’t rush, slow it down and enjoy the any choices of food – we’ll prepared and tasty delightful food. I usually go for anything prawn like. Never disappointed.

Food was good. Service was annoying & zero customer service. Came for lunch yum cha all you can eat. Waiter kept coming to confirm our orders after its been written down clearly. Also told us, “make sure you can finish eating all your orders” weee her exact words. Good atmosphere. Zero for customer service.

Went to this place for the first time with friends for yum cha, and was quite impressed. The food was delicious, many varieties of dishes for all tastes and quite good value. The service was great with many wait staff offering their products. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely return.

Best Dim Sum place in Adelaide. Loved the food served on carts, just like the old times. Loved the dessert food cart. The pace was good and so many different choices!

Yum cha, yum cha – here we go! CitiZen transforms to an awesome yum cha restaurant for brunch over the weekend. The dishes have a price tag to match with a sitting between two people costing us $72, nevertheless, couldn’t fault any of the plates. The squid was sensation and so was the prawn noodles so we naturally had to get two plates of both…
