We went to chicken treat at 7:30pm on the 8th of September, we were served and as we were waiting a group of teenagers walked in drinking, one of which was joking with the staff. he then walked around to the kitchen without a hair net, and was messing around which the workers allowed and thought was hilarious. they messed up our order so i had to go back in, i had to wait as these girls were in the phone and laughing, the guy working had to tell them 3 times to serve me and that there was a customer. i said to them “you shouldn’t allow people in the kitchen without a hair net” and they got snappy saying “he works here” “he didn’t touch anything”. however, he wasn’t working and was messing around after drinking. these girls then got snappy and had an immense amount of attitude saying that i didn’t know what i was talking about when i nicely mentioned a health and safety policy. she told me i had to get out after i asked for the managers contact and the lady serving yelled at me on the way out for trying to bring up an issue. appalling behaviour, not impressed.

Got a chicken roll that said it was in date, the smell of rotting food was so obvious in the CLOSED bag, I am not sure why they gave it to me anyway. I called up and they said “oh yeah, sometimes the chicken gets mixed up” so casually. They wanted to give me more food or a voucher but I asked for my money back (which was given the next time I was in town).

What an incredible crew, the lovely young girl that was on yesterday went out of her way to bring my order to me while I was in another shop. Didn’t ask her nor did she need to, just above and beyond. And the food was excellent. Thanks guys, really appreciate 🙂

Worst ever, Got a hair in my burger . They replaced it but patties was too dry and burnt . Looked like same burger been rearranged. I couldn’t eat and have to throw in bin. Disappointed .
