Food is really good but, oh my god the service is sooooooo slow. Even if you are the only one in line in the drive through it takes ages to get your “fast food”. Been here numerous times and it is always the same. Please put on more staff and focus on the customer to up your game.

For many people, this place was the go to for good, reasonably priced food. But now it’s nothing but a let down. My partner and I ordered some food tonight and the serving size was pittiful, the add on for our burgers were nowhere to be seen, what we did get on our burgers was half rotten and tasted disgusting. Very poor experience. Told to wait at the speaker box then totally ignored for 10-15 minutes. Drove to the collection window, thinking I’d been forgotten. Ignored there too! Parked and entered the store to order. No apology offered. Worse still, only 1 customer in the shop, so they certainly weren’t run off their feet. Won’t go back again. The food may be good but the service is appalling.
