Came in here yesterday (22/07), and was greeted at the counter by a lovely young employee. Was extremely friendly, even asked how my day was going. I asked for his name and he said “Thomas”, so if management see this, could they please pass on my thanks for the great service. Great to see young people so enthusiastic about working. Food, however was somewhat disappointing, yet I did not have incredibly high expectations and was nonetheless satisfied with my meal.

Tonight I ordered through Uber Eats. I ordered a family chips, a large chips, large pops and a rippa sub. The quality was shocking. The family chips box was half full, the large chips was half full, the pops tasted old and stale. And the rippa sub was soggy and stingy on ingredients. Also, there was no safety seal on the bag so we didnt feel comfortable eating it. What a waste. Lift your game.

I’ve been having a bad streak with fast food lately with orders being wrong and poor food quality however you guys have broken this streak with exceptional speed, food quality and getting the order %100 correct. Thanks for being the best and breaking the cycle. edit… still fresh and tasty but recieved no chips or sauce with one of our meals an didn’t get the pineapple that was ordered.

We have struggle to find quality and flavour in the fast food delights and tonight was no exception.After arriving home to open up our pack the chips were not fresh,hard and cold as for the chicken it was cold and dry and the cover up hot honey sauce yes it surely cover up that this meal was cooked well before we arrived.

I was extremely impressed by the young staff at Red Rooster tonight. They actually blew me away at how hard working they were. They were very bust but were quick and efficient. I was especially impressed by the young girl who was working the till as well as taking care of other orders. I saw her handle a difficult customer like a pro. I hope their boss knows what a ripper team he has. Keep up the good work guys.

Reporting to consumer affairs and getting charge back put on card to get money bank as we were completely scammed! Apparently according to manager you can only have the $2.00 chips when specifying you want the $2.00 even though there’s a huge banner out front advertising it. Refused to refund money. Also reported to head office. What a disgrace and scam going on!

Shame I can’t give a zero. Really felt like chicken and chips but the staff weren’t interested. I was the only customer in the place. One staff member in the drive-in booth, two others fiddling about in the kitchen area. They saw me but no reaction whatsoever. Waited two minutes then gave up. Pitiful. Thank god for Maccas next door!
