Figured I would give this place a second try on my way home from work. I’m not sure which was colder, the service or the bacon. I dont think it was even cooked tbh. The exact same experience a week before. I’ll be stopping at hungry Jack’s from now on.

Stopped by as we were in the area. When we walked up to the counter my husband didn’t know what to have. The gentleman at the register was very patient and asked him if he preferred chicken pieces or burgers. He then went through menu items that may be of interest. I’ve never experienced this level of service from a fast food outlet before. It’s refreshing. When it came to the food, my husbands burger was made perfectly ( amazing was what he described it) and mine was hot and salted just to my taste. It’s quiet now but I’m sure in time people would flock here if the service and food continues at this level.

Worst Chicken treat ever, the staff always seem to get my order wrong, and miss place things. The staff are not friendly at all and seem like its a hard thing to serve a customer without attitude, I have tried with this place over and over again, and constantly have gotten either cold food or old soggy food and horrible burgers. Never coming here again.

Drive thru is extremely slow. Been sitting here for 23 min only 2 cars ahead of me. Even if there’s only 1 car in front I find it slow. Food is too rushed and not acceptable.
