A complete waste of money on a family meal no one wanted to eat. We thought we would try the Lismore store after getting fantastic burgers from the Ballina store. Bad idea. Chicken was so burnt the burgers were disgusting and chips were barely cooked and soggy. If I could give a minus rating I would.

The place is fine nothing bad but nothing good, food didn’t take long but was served in cardboard which broke open in the bag. The chips were soggy with no salt. The gravy was watery and tasted gross. The roast chicken was dry and the chicken burger was ok

Waited half an hour for this burger and a regular chips, looks like it was thrown together and squished into the box, burger was cold and ends of the tomatoes were used throughout. There was more onion thrown into the box than on the actual burger. Disappointed as the last one I got was quite nice, bad service.

A great effort by the girl on the front counter who seemed to be a little concerned about whether my order, a seafood basket, could be fulfilled. She was informed it could. When I received the order it had not been able to be fulfilled. I was told that the order had some extra fish cocktails. After getting home and comparing what had been given as a replacement, found that value wise, I had been left not only with an order that was not only not what I wanted but the value was well below what I had paid for, very poor after also having to pay a holiday surcharge. The fish cocktails were less value wise than the prawn cutlets that could not be included, missing sea scallop, missing seafood bites and no tartare sauce. If the kitchen could not fulfill the order, negotiate with the customer instead of adding to the problem by not giving adequate value. The girl on the counter was the trainee and the only person who tried to do the right thing!

Always getting order wrong and missing part of order. The staff are rude an not to mention play with there hair rub there ear then touch food very unhygienic. If you call to discuss the matter the staff just hang up on you.

If I could give zero stars I would. Highly avoid this shop at all cost. Chips undercooked, gravy that doesn’t like gravy. And a bunch of kids running the shop on the 18th of Dec, swearing and giving food away to their friends.. it’s disgusting

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Asked for extra salt and got a lifeless scallop tasting like cardboard. Chips were no better off. No one put the scallop down when the order came through so everything sat there made until it cooked. Ballina mania NEVER misses a beat. Thoroughly dissapointed in a very well staffed store. PS. I don’t know anyone who wants to listen to bangers while waiting for a hot meal on a raining night. Open a nightclub
