Coming from the other side of the city, can honestly say best chicken and service we have had from a kfc in a long time. There was a 12 minute wait on wicked wings and even though it was our decision to wait, we were given a few little freebies for the patience. Honestly wasn’t expecting it and so ver grateful as with two kids in the back and a lengthy drive home the deserts most certainly made the trip a much less stressful one. Thank you so much to the staff! And happy Easter!

Can’t drive thru with a caravan. We walked in the drive thru, only one car ahead of us. We stood there for 10- minutes waiting for the car in front to get there order ! We got sick of waiting and left.

Awful place to get fast food. Friend got a zinger burger and the fillet wasn’t cooked properly didn’t offer to replace it either when we rang up. Ararat KFC is nicer and staff much friendlier!!

Mean to their staff infront of customers, cold food and didn’t hand out drinks until we asked. Not an environment I’d take kids to and not a place I’d be going again. Staff looked like they don’t want to be there. Heard some people are getting underpaid aswell.
