We just had possibly the worst fish and chips we have ever had. Chicken croquettes were burnt, chips were poorly cooked and so was everything else. This place used to be awesome but it looks like the care for the food has dropped significantly.

Ordered fish n chips. Worst ever. Really oily. Did not get my onion rings which I paid for & my Blue Grenideir was absolutely in pieces, not even a real piece of fish !!! Absolutely awful, no care taken with food presentation at all & staff attitude was even worse. Paid top dollar & very disappointing. Never getting them again from there again!!!

Being gluten-free, I was excited to get some fish and chips on the Good Friday public holiday. I’d called up the day before to see if they were going to be open on the public holiday and if they still did gluten-free. They were, but when I went in on the public holiday, they advised me they weren’t providing any gluten-free options as they needed to use all the fryers for general orders instead. It was a bit disappointing. Not sure if they do this on other public holidays.

Very disappointed. This was my first time trying this fish and chip shop and it will be my last. There was a lengthy delay waiting for my meal. When my number was finally called I was told I had to wait again cause they had forgotten a dim sim. When I got home (not even 5 minute drive) the potato cakes were cold, dim sims undercooked to the point I couldn’t eat them and the batter around the fish was still soft. I would not recommend going here.

Fish was cold like it was accidentally cooked earlier put in fridge then slapped on grill to re heat it was awful, potato cakes were soggy floppy and just disgusting you get a little hand full of crazy chips the croquet chips roll and corn jacks all dark brown bitter burnt and to top it off they want Cash payment only with an atm in store charging $2.50 to use.
