Just moved to the area and have literally just finished my dinner consisting of fish, potato cakes and dim sims and have to say this place knows how to cook fish n’ chips!! The potato cakes (my favourite) are crunchy, thick and so fluffy inside, best I’ve had for a long time and the fish and dim sims are also delicious. From the young lady that served me who was very polite to the great food, I’ll definitely be back.

From having frequented here in the 80s, and now bringing my nephews here today, I’m glad to report the dim sims are still delicious, the chips mouthwateringly fluffy (with the odd crispy morsel), and the souvlakis are sensational. Been there a few times since moving into the neighbourhood but got fish, chips and potato cake on Wednesday and ate it then about 40 min late was so mega I’ll, spewed for 2 days and almost taken to hospital. Still I’ll 3 days later. It’s normally good food, probably won’t eat there again now.

Good fish and chips. We ordered the pack for two. They even gave us an extra potato cake! It would be great in future if we got a slice of lemon for the fish options for sauces. A little less batter but overall, very satisfied.

Great Local Take Away. Always Delicious Food. Their Minimum Serve Chips for $4 is Awesome, even though they had to make it 10% Smaller due to Inflation. Highly Recommended for the Boronia,Kilsyth South, Bayswater Nth Area.

Great fish and chips! The fish is fresh, batter is not too thick and cooked perfectly that it’s not over cooked. The chips are good but I’ve had better chips in Melbourne.

The absolute best of the best! Would give 6 stars if I could! Flake is amazing, chips are always super fresh, but for me it’s the scallops. They’re fresh and juicy and amazing every single time! And the Jalapeno burger is possibly the greatest burger i’ve ever had. Been going here for years and will never consider another fish and chip place. Staff are all amazing too, super friendly and up for a laugh. Thanks guys!
