Absolutely disgusted, went in this morning, got half way thru my coffee before I realised there were 2 long black hairs swirling around in my cup. I raised this with the management, was not offered a refund, I had to demand it. The breakfast was then served cold and over cooked. I would recommend anyone going here to save yourself the trouble, hair in coffee is absolutely unacceptable!
