I am a Kilmore local and I’m sorry but this is the best cafe by far in town. Others have good points but the scones are home made, the cream is fresh and unadulterated. Coffee is just as good as any cafe in Melbourne. Only issue is it’s not open as much as we’d like but guaranteed value and quality for money. To other cafes, take a lesson!

Beautiful building and the staff are friendly. Food is a bit boring but it’s fine. I only rated 4 stars because I had a chai and it was overly sweet for my taste (OTT sugar/cinnamon sprinkle) my friend had a coffee that was rather weak (but im SURE some people like them that way). Overall good vibes. I’d go again.

Decided to support our local cafes today for lunch. Ordered a juice and a sandwich. Drank the juice waited more than 15 minutes, closer to 20, place was obviously not crowded, no sandwich arrived so left.
