Something was missing, it was just very mediocre. We go to Betty’s burgers plenty at pac fair and surfers. But for some reason this one was lacking… in everything. Atmosphere was meh, the usual juicy, saucy, crisp burgers were non existent, even the mushroom patty was too much breading, not enough filling/mushrooms. Plus they got our order slightly wrong. They got a high rating here so maybe we went on an off night (sunday after a movie). I don’t know. It just wasn’t as good as what we’re used to. Even the bread wasn’t toasted enough.

The system was down when we went there. However, the staff were so polite, informative and transparent with what was happening. We were happy to wait because Betty’s is worth it. Kurtis was so lovely and had the best customer service/people skills. As soon as the system was back up, he immediately came out, excited to let us know we were able to order our meal. The best burger I have had in forever! Stopped in for a quick lunch and we’re glad we did! Very clean and tidy, could see staff wiping everything down in-between customers! We both got burgers, chips, onion rings and milkshakes – seriously good milkshake! The main service staff were super friendly and welcoming! Would highly recommend!

One thing my son and I know is good food. We both love our food and gravitate to places who constantly serve us good food my son eats here 3 times a week. I decided to go with him and try for myself. I ordered their classic burger with beetroot. It was one of the most enjoyable burgers I have ever eaten. Eating it so quickly I think it was demolished into my tummy by the time I left the carpark.
