I bought some kind of Mexican Wagyu burger that was delicious and really hit the spot after a long morning on the trails. Service was prompt and the online ordering worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful when I asked for information. Table and chairs were clean and comfortable. We parked right out front.

Like all Grill’d burger places, the burgers are great. This establishment is new, open a couple of weeks. A few teething problems, but that is normal. I believe this place will settle into a fabulous rhythm and become a very popular place. Super easy access, parking right outside. Dining indoors is lovely as you have plenty of natural light coming from the wall of windows to the outside world. I look forward to many visits ahead. Today enjoyed the wagyu beef and veggie patty burgers… both delicious, as were the sweet potato chips.

Food and atmosphere were good but some of our order didn’t arrive. Staff insisted that we didn’t order the items. We believe we did all of them at the cashier but they insisted that we didn’t. We were also having items delivered to our table that we had to send back because we didn’t order them. Otherwise, it was good.

My 82 year old grandmother wanted to try grilled so I drove her down to grilled at kenmore and we ordered two Simon Says burgers. A Wednesday night. Somewhat busy. We waited for over an hour and when the food came it was cold. My grandmother had to ask three times to see if the order was nearly ready and every-time they said 5 more minutes. All we were offered was a complimentary drink. We deserved those burgers free after the ridiculously long wait for food that was cold. Two burgers. I could get better service from bellbowrie maccas and we all know the wait time there is beyond horrendous.

Burgers are good but a little inconsistent. Big problem is you can almost never order over the phone. Some staff say the phone’s playing up, other say we switch it off it were busy. Customer service could be improved through more training. Hopefully these issue resolve as this grilled gets more established and has time to better train its staff.

Great food and staff. Corporate unfortunately let them down. Birthday month and could put my relish birthday chips on my order on table menu but you never get them. Then while your food goes cold was told to queue at the till. By the time I got back everything was almost cold. Don’t know why I bother. Customer service don’t give a rats when I told them about this nothing happened. Go for the great food but don’t bother with the relish rewards rubbish it’s terrible.
