Ordered cheesy beef meal at the order board. No receipt was given due to an error. No collection number was given due to an error. The seating area was dirty. Chips etc on table and floor. The burger looked like it was thrown together. Toilets were unclean and the hand dryer was not working.

Waited 10 minutes for 2 happy meals double quarter and big Mac meals. 3 items were missing when we finally received meals. Tables had not been wiped down for hours. Rubbish across the floor and even worse outside. Rubbish bins were overflowing. Overall, I’m not impressed with this place. Needs a lot of attention. Be better, please. More staff or training please

went through drive through. There was one other car next to me, yet we waited until there were 6 cars in line before getting served. We were both sitting at the window for about 5 minutes with nobody in front. Had a peak into the store and it wasn’t even busy, so unsure what the go was. Fries was only partially filled and big mac sauce container was only about a quarter filled. I can’t see myself returning here anytime soon as it’s definitely not worth the time nor money.

My partner and I came here at 10:45pm on a Thursday night in drive thru. We ended up waiting over an hour for two burgers. They somehow forgot my partners order and we had to go inside to see what the problem was, even then that took an extra 15 minutes. Cannot believe how pathetic the staff and service was. Do not go here.

THE WORST MACCAS. They mess it up every time. Bf ordered a meal that cost $20. We got home, it wasn’t the burger he ordered (in the right box) it was completely cold, burned and dry. He took a couple bites and had to just throw it out.

I Ordered a sundae with a flake. A medium chocolate thick shake. 2 apple pies and a happy meal. And got half a happy meal or a cheese burger on its own and a small coke . Maccas is a joke and run and operated by half brain rejects that can’t get anywhere in life. Seriously how can you ppl not get anything right 99% of your job is done by computers and timers. So I give 1 star only because i can’t give 0. Aboslute pathetic and disgusting. I do not recommend maccas Bellbird Park.
