Love the service here. Been here 2 years in a row during snow season and despite being busy they always provide good service. The chimichanga and Baja fries are delicious, as is the frozen margaritas.

This place a few years ago was great and I was really looking forward to returning. I returned here last week and let’s just say that everything about the place was disappointing. Firstly the service from the staff they were to busy talking to their friends than to attend to customers, the food ordered was not what came out. Paid extra for guacamole and didn’t get any and the corn chips were stale. In the past I recommended this place to everyone but now I will be advising everyone to steer clear.

On arrival we had a nice greeting. As we sat down we noticed the floor was filthy, guessing it hadn’t been cleaned from the day/night prior as we walked in just as they opened. Other staff walked in to start work and sat at the bar eating other food they had bought from somewhere else. There wasn’t much customer service just a greeting and someone taking our order then delivering it.

Worst experience! Front of house staff member quite rude.. we were told as we were arrived we have one hour to order and eat. Front of house staff member coming to our table reminding us we only have and hour and then again to let us know we have 15 minutes left with a full table of food. Left feeling so sick because we had to eat so quickly. Female toilets were absolutely disgusting, looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months.. no toilet paper… no soap or paper towel. Do not recommend much nicer places to go in jindabyne.

I ordered tacos from the Jindabyne Beach Burrito Co on Tuesday evening at 6:30pm for pickup and it was honestly the messiest thing I’ve ever seen. They tasted nice, and I’m sure if I ate in the restaurant the chef would have put a little bit more effort into the appearance rather than taking all of his frustrations out on my tacos by throwing them across the kitchen. I couldn’t differentiate between the meat tacos and the vegetarian ones, ingredients were missing and the chicken was a 90% batter 10% chicken.. I’ve supplied photos
