Absolutely great food. Always great presentation unlike a lot of others. The service is amazing. The people here are so lovely to deal with. The only thing I can critique I’d the phone service. It’s hard to get in touch to place a phone order but outside that these guys have it down pat. Good job. Tad expensive in some areas but that’s just the franchise.

Now I have eaten a quite a few burger urge burgers, but today has to be one of my top burgers, the chef was very efficient in timing, and well the Big Boppa that I had was the best I’ve had, as well as the sweet potato fries where the perfect crunch.

10/10 would recommend. First off, the place is awesome. Love the decor and the different variety of seating options you have. Could have a simple get together with a friend or enjoy an outdoor setting with the family. The staff were amazing and so kind. Had a laugh or two over some of our options and decisions which made us relax. The food was the best part. So fresh and just enough to fill us. Definitely would recommend the dirty fries and southern fried burger. Cant wait to go there again!

I ordered the Bacon Boi, and lord have mercy, this is one of the best burgers I’ve had! Perfect mix of messy but not too messy. The burger had that golden ratio of sauce dripping down, but not too much that is makes the burger soggy (Like Grill’d burgers). One of their statements is “We’re taking back the burger”, and no lie, they 100% have. The restaurant itself is very clean, thing pig n’ whistle but more casual and chill. The staff were also very friendly and I don’t know who made the burger, but damn did they do a great job. My only issue was that I wanted more, it’s addicting! Definitely gonna come back here again

I give it a 3 stars only because I think the prices are way to high for what they are selling. Apart from the the service was good. The beer could’ve come in a larger glass and the burger needed seasoning on the pork. All in all a three stars is quite generous for a $25 dollar burger and beer

The food was good, Kirralee’s service was excellent. The restaurant was exceptionally busy and the staff were doing their best to stay positive. The service team are a credit to your business, we were served with a smile and courteousness from the team. Unfortunately, tension was being created by the leader in the kitchen. Gone are the days of “encouraging” staff by yelling at and being rude to young kitchen staff. You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. The lead cook could do to remember that he is on display. I recommend he visit Zarrafas Redbank Plains during their morning rush and learn a thing or two about team leadership through genuine encouragement.

Please train your staff to respect delivery drivers as they are part of your customer’s delivery requests. One of the girls at the front counter was very rude to me and never had any professionalism towards me. Management has to be very careful with recruiting people like them which could simply negatively affect your business.

I went out with a group of friends tonight and we all had a great experience at the redbank Plains restaurant. The server who took our orders and waited on us was really friendly, clear and helpful. The food was really good too. Fresh and cooked beautifully. Awesome experience.

Not anywhere near as good as my experience from Hervey bay burger urge, this restaurant I would not be ordering from ever again, the bacon deluxe had near no bacon, why?? New Yorker has truckloads of bacon?? Extremely greasy and something you would expect from hungry jacks, not burger urge!!
