A beautiful intimate gourmet food experience which also happens to be vegan. Lots of locally sourced produce used, wonderful friendly hosts and a great wine list to accompany the food. They were also able to cater for our group of 5 which had 4 different sets of dietary requirements, including coeliac and complex allergies.

My partner took me here for my birthday, it was a lovely experience. Service was great. Small intimate setting. Delicious food, serving sizes were small however there was an abundance of dishes which does the job. A little on the pricier side but again, a wonderful experience.

Its hard to find the words to describe how dissapointed our party of four was after our dining experience, we were so looking forward all week to our booking. Confused how so many google reviews have given 4 or 5 stars?? The food was tasteless, overcooked and dull, it was poorly matched and seemed to be cooked not by a chef but by a un skilled junior. $135 each for a vegan degustation that had no flavor, rubbery texture and was just so bland, has left us feeling annoyed and sadly would not recommending dining here. Just so over priced Its mind boggling that the owners could be proud or passionate about what was served up. Plus to make things worse, we had a 35min wait between courses; so overall we were there for 3 hours+ eating a lack luster faux degustation. It was a shame you couldn’t eat the ceramic dishes, they were divine. Lets hope the night we were there, the chef was away?

Amazing plant based dinner at @allegradiningroom! We’ve finally made, just in time before they go on hiatus in a few weeks. The food was absolutely amazing, even for us non vegetarians/vegans. You should totally try them out before they go on hiatus!

We went to Allegra on the last night of our honeymoon, and enjoyed every single moment of the degustation at this intimate restaurant. The chef was creative with their food design, and enjoyed every bite. Additionally, the service from our waitress was spectacular. Her understanding of the menu and food was excellent, and she went the extra mile to handwrite a note to us and take our picture on her own polaroid camera for our last night of the honeymoon. We could not recommend Allegra Dining Room more highly.
