Extremely rude staff . I asked kindly for a small bowl so my 3 children can share the meals . 2 staff both came to abused me about getting a bowl . The kitchen hand said this is a food court! You have a reason but I can’t give u a bowl ! The waitress spoke to me in front of a pile of bowls, she shouted NO! I was making a scene out outside of the store until the kitchen hand gave up and gave me a bowl ! Will not shop there again and the manager needs to know that the girl in the stripy shirt with long hair and wearing a hair clip is playing on her phone most of the time while there are no customers , she is not interested in working here today at all

Terrible customer service! Unfriendly and 10c for a Wasabi sachet… I spent $40 on the meal and had to pay for it. Not included I get it.. at least offer it..not to mention an unappreciative staff member.

The udon was really good, but as others have mentioned the service is terrible. The young woman at the front barely ripped her eyes away from her phone to serve me and there was no emotion to the interaction. Can’t understand why you’d work in customer service if you don’t want to help people. Your food is good but the lack of service lets you down. Do better.
