Ordered the Mala beef noodles. Good atomosphere. although noodles were a good consistency, the beef was way too tough to eat, broth was expected be beef based, but they use tonkotsu broth? could not appreciate the rich umami in the broth either. Would go somewhere else for ramen.

The atmosphere was a little crowded and empty, the food was good but pricey, and the meat was on the tough side. The customer service was mid- they literally told me to eat elsewhere when I was browsing the menu when they were full. I was planning on waiting for a table to free up, but I ended up leaving. Everything else was otherwise fine

Under flavoured seasoning oil and overused. Soup base has stock powder taste. Good Ajitama. Noodle texture was like dried noodle. Chashu is ok. An ok bowl but there’s much better nearby. I expect better from a shop with ramen in the name.
