The service was absolutely horrible, it took at least 15 minutes just for a large 10 nugget meal and some burgers. The burgers were sloppy and poorly made. The bun wasn’t even properly on the patty. And we had asked specifically for no pickles as you can see on the receipt, yet there were still pickles on burgers. And when we got back to the car I realised that I didn’t get my sauces. So I went back in to ask for some, and the lady had them in here hand when I got to the counter. I asked for some as I did not get any with my meal and she rolled her eyes at me and aggressively grunted. We will definitely not be going back here ever!

It’s 11.30am Saturday 23/9. To the manager on duty, you should never swear at your staff, young or old. There were old couples in there that heard you swear and that’s unforgivable. Secondly, the 4 sausage n egg I got for 30 odd $$ needs to be much better than that. Just totally uneatable!!. Never again will I use your restaurant, I’ll just have to put up with Highfields restaurant which is really bad.

This would have to be the worst match we have ever been to. The toilets were smelly. The service very slow everyone talking amongst themselves. Sitting outside the floor looked like it been swept for days and all rubbish bins were chock-full. Our coffee frappe was full of coffee grinds. Disgusting.

Did an online order for breakfast, had to wait in the waiting bay. Guy came out..looked around then went back in. Waited AN HOUR to get it, then got home and the ham and cheese toadtie was CREMATED!! Thanks for a ruined MOTHERS DAY breakfast

My partner and I were in this mcdonalds on Thursday 3rd/8/23. Service very poor waited 30 minutes Ordered 2 spicy BBQ Angus Berger’s One had no meat and was cold . Ordered large chips, and received small .Customer service is non existent. We will never recommend or be back.

Drivethru usually flows decently and I’ve not been given an incorrect order yet, but a couple of times I’ve arrived at the drivethru speaker with no other cars, sat for a minute or two with no one taking my order, then another car arrives and the crew member takes their order first rather than me who has already been waiting. Can be very frustrating. But on most occasions it’s not too bad.

I have never waited so long at a maccas that isn’t busy as well as had my order wrong. There were only 2 cars in drive thru and one other customer in the shop and they couldn’t keep up orders. To top it off, the food tasted off. The worst maccas I’ve ever been to.

Worst experience ever at a Macdonalds. Came in at about 10:30pm and was served by a young lady, happy with her service. However down hill from there as the other staff were very rude. Had to wait 20 minutes to get the food which was horrible. Older lady who served my food when it finally arrived does not know customer service and was very rude. Perhaps not the job for her. Thank god I was only passing through and do not live in Toowoomba.
