Stayed at the Ramada and had Brekky here each morning and dinner a few times. Staff were a bit hit and miss, most were helpful though. The menu doesn’t show many Gluten Free options, but the helpful staff advised on what could be altered (which was most of the menu) and were happy to check with the Chef on choices. Only once was I told “only what’s on the menu” but then asked someone else and they elaborated/found alternatives. Overall, really lovely place to hang out by the pool and eat.

The service is really friendly here, but the menu is a little lacklustre. The ingredients are really fresh, and there’s definitely some good flavours, but presentation is mostly unappealing and the food isn’t exactly what you expect from the menu description.

Ordered the caramelised onion tart with beetroot homus, rocket and spiced almonds. Came out with the plate full of rocket, even covering the so called tart. All it was a pastry shell with a few piece’s of soft slighty baked onion. The beetroot homus over took the plate and a few flaked almonds. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t call it anything really.

Try the calamari salad. It was epic. Staff were great too! Drinks can be expensive if not on happy hour. Iced coffees are VERY STRONNGGG 🙂 I wish there were more salad options as when in the tropics i never feel like eating heavy food.
