Best Japanese food in shepp! The food was delicious, tender and a large range in flavours. I would recommend the lamb teppan, you get to pour sauce onto the hot plate – creating a loud sizzle. The atmosphere and service has IMPROVED TREMENDOUSLY!!! Before it was very quiet and the service was meh BUT NOW UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT the service is very nice and welcoming and the atmosphere is so peaceful with the nice music they play. I would recommend the salmon aburi as well. Zen X gives shepp a variety of new flavours everyone has to try while they’re here ☺️☺️☺️☺️ I hope you all eat here, my family has been coming here for years and we’re so happy to see it grow 🙂 Thank you Zen X team!

I hadn’t been here for years because in the past it hadn’t been great. But new owners have recently taken over so we gave it a go. We had a hoot! We did the teppanyaki which was very reasonably priced, theatrical and lots of fun. The food itself was great quality, staff were so sweet. Will be coming back regularly!
