Went in for Breakfast on the drive from Perth to Harvey and was met with very friendly and kind staff. Pies and drinks are well priced for their quality and status. A great stop for people travelling south!

Pretty average for the price, if you charge $9 for a pie I’d at least expect it to be cooked all the way through instead of being cold in the middle. Tasted and felt like a cheap microwave pie which would explain the almost frozen middle.

Had a pie going home , they had sold out of the chilli steak pies so I went for a pepper one. I can not remember the exact cost but it now seems to be that pies are no longer cheap. I think I paid about $7 for it.

Visited Sunday 29/01, the place seemed quite grubby, especially the floors & the bottom of drinks fridge. There wasn’t much food left in the cabinets at 12.50pm. The staff working on that day were excellent, fast working & friendly. The pie was nice & hot, great pastry.

Good spot for a coffee time to buy a new outside table from the men’s shed… outside area could do with revamp… tavern settings made by mens shed would be one idea with a bar stool bench all around the edge.
