Service is terrible and despite numerous poor reviews it is getting worse. At least 8 times they’ve messed up my order by either giving me the wrong items or missing things out. I check every time before I leave now. The last time they missed 3 things and when I told them the guy, half my age, told me not to be rude. I wasn’t happy and all fluffy massaging my disappointment into some falsely orchestrated warm and fuzzy feedback, but I wasn’t rude. It’s called straight talking and is how people communicated before social media melted your brain. That Millennial apparently expects praise and an award for doing their job badly. No doubt a product of that generation receiving participation awards throughout their formative years. That attitude is the reason the staff keep messing up orders. The guy before me also received the wrong food.

Food arrived wrong (asked for no pico de gallo and avo) and both meals came with it. And when I rang up got told a replacement would come, 40 minutes later I rang up asking where my food was and the person lied and said the driver had not rocked up and the food was not on its way yet. It arrived as I hung up the phone and when I got the food it was wrong again, tried calling multiple times and no response. The driver was super lovely but this experience was horrible.

Used drive through today and once again the order was messed up. Unfortunately I discovered the error when I got home. Tried to call but Guzman phone is also not working. The Mt Barker store makes mistakes on take away order far too often. Very poor.

I don’t eat much t/away at all due to chems and how unhealthy it is and run by inexperianced staff. But this place is fantastic. Clean food no chems. Great service, tasty & delicious healthy food for T/away. Try the shredded mushroom taco with chillie it’s fantastic. Keep it up Guzman y Gomez.

Ordered a vegetarian burrito and the mushroom had so much salt in it it was inedible. Partner tried it and had to spit it out to. Felt like they poured a cup of salt in it to try to kill me by sodium poisoning, do not eat their veg burrito, you will go into cardiac arrest.
