Was a lovely surprise to find great coffee this morning when we searched in Toowoomba. I had a vegetarian toasted wrap with avocado. Lots of healthy choices for gluten free, vegans and vegetarian too and two coffees. Nice seating, parking and bathrooms ( ask for a key)

Used to love this zarraffas but now everytime I go in I can never get a word in with my order without getting asked a million times for add ons, double shot?, new origin beans?, double this double that. That was okay I would just say no but today it was sneaky. I ordered my coffee and a croissant then when my order was read back to me she added in the croissant with double ham and cheese, being so busy I didn’t realise she said this and just said yes as I was trying to get out of there. That’s where they get you, she never asked if I wanted it, she read it as like I ordered that. Then was charged a lot more than expected. Please just let me order what I ask for. Feels like maccas getting you to add on more stuff. My sister had the same problem as well. Really friendly people but it’s very sneaky.

Oh you fabulous team. Best coffee in Toowoomba. I was not at my best this morning when I ordered and you were wonderful and the coffee and Zed bread just soooo good. And thank you to the very patient young lady on the till who suggested a double shot for me this morning. They say Disneyland is the happiest place on earth but I think it’s Zaraffas at Northpoint❤️
