I asked for a Buritto with no corn, even then she added corn, I said its okay just scrap it from top so she does not have to remake it and then scrapped of everything including cheese not adding the cheese on top. I also asked for a student discount they do and I am seeing on the screen that it got discounted by 5c.

The past 7 times I’ve come because it is my local store they have only had the gluten free burrito once. Every where else I go always has them except this store. Their phone is also disconnected so I can’t even call before hand to check. The workers also don’t even care.

Yesterday night-time (06th July23) Ordered 2 different Burrittos at Drive-thru. No Mark to distinguish them or a bag to hold them both inside as they were tender. At arrival they were not completely fine. First time for Zambrero Drive-thru to hand over without a bag. first & last visit to this branch!!

I’ve had good food and service from here for years but over the last 6 months or so I’ve had three burritos where the black rice hasn’t been cooked properly (this is at least 50% of the time). This leads to a very crunchy and awful burrito.
