Went in to get dinner tonight and was served by a lovely young man named Jayden. What an asset he is to your store. He was working on his own and for such a young teenager, he did brilliantly! A friendly smile, amazing customer service and remained calm under pressure! Food was also delicious! I will definitely be back. I hope that management reward Jayden for his hard work and amazing customer service skills because he deserves it!

Food was delicious. Apart from finding a hair in one of the burritos . The wait time was not acceptable at all. I went in store to order and waited 50 mins for 3 burritos. Other customers as well as drivers were also waiting for their orders. Management need to have an extra staff member on to service the online orders and have the 2 staff on duty dealing with walk in orders. If the staffing issue was sorted the wait times would be less and the reviews would be so much better.

Management needs to be a LOT better. Busy Anzac Day dinner rush and only two juniors on. The poor kids were doing their best but they’re clearly new and still figuring things out. They had so many online food delivery orders that they didn’t have time to serve any customers in the store. I know it’s a new store so there’s growing pains, but this was particularly poor. They need a good leader.

Came here second time asked for two regular size chicken burritos and one kids meal Indian lady on service was super rude she could be the owner the way she way treating to the other young staff.she hardly put half scoop of chicken in regular burrito and all up size was super small.last time we had good experience once they opened the place.that specific lady need some customers service skills.Other than that food was good.

So glad to have a Zam near me finally. Staff are very friendly, great service and value. Plenty of seating to eat in. Manager is very professional and leads their newer staff well. Would definitely recommend going!
