I ordered a burrito bowl last week and the rice was crunchy and inedible. Went again tonight and was told they had many complaints about it but assured me the rice will be fine this time. Well, it was the same crunchy inedible rice again. C’mon guys, who wants to eat crunchy rice? It’s just unacceptable and I don’t understand how a business can survive serving a basic staple like that. It seems to me this business does not care about their product or its customers. Hannah and her offsider treated us to a sensational cuisine that really hit the spot after a solid surf before our Rugby League Test match.
