My husband and I had lunch today and the staff were absolutely beautiful! They asked questions and confirmed with each question about the food and providing taste and making sure it was the right choice. The music, vibe and atmosphere was perfect – we often come here however these lovely girls provided a lot of info about the choices and were extremely polite. The food was delicious too! Great job gals ✨

Good fresh food, with lots of yummy and healthy options. Helpful and hard working staff. Only issue I had was that there were only two staff on during the dinner rush. They were both troopers and worked like machines, but I feel like Zambrero should take some of the pressure off and add at least one more worker. At least during their busiest times.

Every single time I order ahead on the app, after arriving to pick up, the order is never ready. I then have to queue up and virtually place the order again. What is the point in the pick up service? If this was a one off, then fine, but don’t offer a pick up service or ability to order ahead if you can’t deliver on it. Staff’s attitude is hit and miss too and often rude.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a great job on their first day! The young staff were helpful with other customers in the store helping with allergies and other dietary needs. I applaud the managers for training the staff to be resilient when it comes to making mistakes! The food was delicious and fresh too. However, my only piece of feedback would be to tell customers prior to lining up that it is in fact cash only for a period of time as I can see why it would be frustrating to some that they have to exit the line. Overall, great experience and very friendly staff!
